The first difference between more
Stormtroopers and the Sandtroopers(and all "stunt" versions of
the helmet actually) were the lenses. Where "hero" helmet
had bubble lenses, sandtroopers had flat, green lenses. |

Here's another shot showing the flat
lenses. Notice also how the brow trim is not so low down over the
eyes. Heck, look at the wonky trim on the trooper in the first pic! |

Another difference is the number of
"teeth" in the frown. As seen in this fan helmet, the
stunt helmets had 4. The FX helmet comes ready for 3 teeth, so I
just left it at that. |
