You have several options for reproducing this: Purchase a decommissioned mg34, buy a really nice resin replica, buy & modify a paintball replica kit, build your own, or find a plastic cast replica.

Given my budget, my choices were to either build my own or find a cheap(compared to several-hundred dollar resin models) cast.  I bought this from a trooper on sandtrooper.net that was upgrading to a better representation. 

It's not the best, but for the price it's better than I could have done & looks perfect in pictures.  The problems are that the details are quite soft in some areas up close, but it suits my needs for now.  I'll try to get more pics up eventually.
